Healing for Life Yoga and Meditation
Uses movement, sound current, breath and meditation to relax and heal your mind and body, allowing the spirit to flow freely. Yoga brings a greater feeling of well-being and happiness - our natural birthright as humans. This powerful and effective form of Yoga is a great way to recharge and heal your body quickly. By stimulating the nervous and immune systems, while improving strength and flexibility, as it centers the mind and opens the spirit. From your very first class, you'll reap the rewards including -- relief from back pain, stress, addiction, depression, insomnia, as well as weight control, and peace of mind. Everyone can do it!
Healing for Life Pranayama & Deep Meditation Series
This class will support your self-healing through breath and meditation. Taken as a series, you will experience the benefits and positive changes that consistent meditation supports in your life.
Each class will end with a healing sound vibration layout!
You may drop in to a single session of the series.
Vibrational Sound Healing
Reset, renew and allow stress to depart with the deep healing vibrations of the Gong, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Mantra and Healing Sound waves as you relax on your mat.
This is a restorative class.
All classes are for all levels and perfect for New Yogis!
